UPDATE FIREFOX:
To Update Firefox:
Click on the Help pull down menu, and then click on the Check for Updates menu item.

Update your Firefox Extensions:
Click on the Tools pull down menu and click on Extensions. You will see an Extensions dialogue box open up; at the bottom of the dialogue box, click the Find Updates button. Your extensions will be updated. Click Yes or OK if you are prompted to install newer versions of the extensions.
